If you have an existing tenant portal account for Oak Tree HA, you will need to re-register for the new 'My Oak Tree' service and then log in. It takes just a few minutes to register. You may be sent a password reset link to your registered email address. If you change your email address please either update it on your account here or let the office know and we will update it for you.
It is important to note that only one login is allowed per household.

Please note that if you are a joint tenant you should use the year of birth of the 1st tenant as it appears on your tenancy agreement.
Your account number must be entered as 6 digits i.e. 001213 not 1213
